I needed this right now, I really did.

seriously. i challenge all the people reading this to take this challenge. try not to eat processed foods for 3 days. that’s it! 3 days. i promise, you will almost immediately feel the difference. if you extend that out to a week, and then a couple weeks, and then a month, you’ll start craving fruit instead of candy. then, a miraculous thing will happen: after this glorious period of healthy eating, you will eat junk food, and you will HATE it. you’ll think, why did this ever appeal to me? you may even feel sick and lazy like i did after a few months of healthy eating and binging one night on junk food. and you’ll finally realize, processed food is bad. treat yourself once in a while, you deserve it, but do it wisely without the help of unnecessary chemicals :) <3

^^^^ that is so true! That happened to me!!! I seriously hated junk food! I would give myself a cheat day to eat a little then I would take a bite and not even want it!! Unfortunately about a month ago I got that concussion and wasn’t allowed to go on any rides at Disneyland and I was super depressed… So I ate my emotions and have had a hard time getting back on track since. But this is the week. I WILL do it!!!

I NEED to do this again. It worked last summer.. it needs to work for the rest of my life!!!!
